We are Lars and Carol Griehl. We have lived and worked on five continents, built and led international project teams, and delivered renewable energy assets in some of the world's most demanding environments — from the Atacama Desert to the Australian outback, from the Arabian Gulf to the heart of Europe.
Lars brings over two decades of hands-on EPC and construction leadership across utility-scale PV and BESS — with a track record exceeding 1.5 GW delivered across Germany, Poland, the UK, Chile, Bahrain, Australia, and beyond. Carol brings the commercial acumen, multilingual stakeholder intelligence, and operational discipline that hold complex international project environments together.
